Extra filter options, new automations and more...⏩

Dynamic planning period in filter

In every view you can make use of filtering by clicking the 'funnel'. With the filter you can easily and quickly show relevant cards. Within the filter you can make use of the dynamic planning period in al our views. By switching on this new option, the selected period will change with the current date.

We will explain it using an example. Suppose you always want to see the planning one week in advance. In the date selection, select the 7 days before today, for example next Friday till Friday. Then enable the dynamic planning period and the next day you will see all the tickets from Saturday till Saturday.

Thanks to dynamic planning periods you can also choose to show all the tickets that are planned 5 days before today and 5 days after today. The choice is yours!

Group resources and show all work easily

You can group your resources, from employees to machines. These are created within the configuration of vPlan. Resource groups can be very handy when you work in teams. Wihtin the listview and timeline you can easily see the work of your group in a new view: groups. This way you can see al the planned work, not only on personal level, but also on group level.

You can also filter easily within every view on groups. This way you see easily and quickly all the tickets of your own team.

New automation: automatic collection archiving

You probably have a lot of planned and unplanned tickets in vPlan that you don't use any more. If this is the case, it's time to clean up your planning board. This can be done manually, but from now on it can also be automated. With our latest automation, you can automatically archive collections based on an expiry date that has passed. For example: all orders with an expiry date older than 30 days, automatically move to archive.

This automation can be set for the backlog and the planning board. In addition, you can set a number of conditions for this automation. Read more about this automation in our help article.
