Long in use on desktop, but now also available in our app: the timeline! You may be familiar with this view as a strip planning or Gantt Chart. It is a widely used view within our planning tool. View the schedule from different dimensions
You can observe the timeline from various dimensions. For instance, if you want to view the schedule per person on the timeline, go to preferences and select the dimension from which you want to view the schedule. Choose 'resource' in this case. Now, you can see the schedule for each resource.
Easy zooming in and out
On your phone or tablet, you can easily zoom in and out, just like you're used to on desktop. Zoom in to view the schedule at the day or hour level, and zoom out to get an overview of the entire year.
How do you do this? Pinch with two fingers to zoom out and perform the opposite gesture to zoom in. Optionally, go to 'preferences' in the app and determine at which level you want to scale the schedule (year, quarter, month, week, day, or hour).
Filtering and searching
Additionally, just like in other views, you can filter and search in the timeline. Filter based on phases, statuses, resources, and labels to gain immediate insights into the current status.
