After the release of our completely new vPlan Go app, we have a very cool upgrade. We've added a lot of great features to the app for both iOS and Android. Curious? Here it comes..👇🏻
Creating your own tasks super fast
Oh yeah, from now on it is possible to create your own cards in the app. This means that you can immediately create a card with the desired information at any time. This comes in handy when you are on your way to a customer. You can read below which information can be added to a card.
Give your task a title and subtitle and the card is created. Describe what needs to be done and by whom. This way, doing your work becomes very easy!
Give your task a start, end or due date. This way you know exactly when you have to carry out the task without forgetting the deadlines.
Provide the card with further information. Who should carry out the task? What are the customer's contact details? Are there other things to watch out for?
This way you use the app even easier
Give cards a cover photo From now on you can also show attachments as a cover photo on the cards within the app. This way tasks are becoming even more visual.
Delete and edit comments Oops, just tagged the wrong colleague or made a big typo? This happens to the best. From now on it is possible to edit or delete messages.
Filter and search by task. We use filters to organize and sort tasks, as you are used from us. For example, filter or search for only your own work or all cards with a certain status.
New special for iPad & tablet
Switching accounts super fast Switch quickly and easily between users. Ideal for employees who work with the same tablet. Log in once and then you can always go back to your own account with one click on the button.
Split-screen and easily view your tasks
In the tasks and timers view you can now use a split-screen. This way you can go from task to task even faster and move quickly to your time registrations.
