Create your ideal route plan

You can open our map view with Google Maps within the list view. The assignments with a filled address field will be shown. Click on "Get route" at the bottom of the map view. This will link all the assignments in your current selection and automatically calculate the best route.

Tip: Make sure your list view is properly filtered. Most customers plan routes while filtering per day.

Plan the right route per employee or vehicle

Link the desired resources to your assignments (cards). For example, this could be your drivers, mechanics, service teams or vehicles. Within the map view, press one of the resources to show only the assignments of that specific resource. The number within the resource shows exactly how many tasks are scheduled. At the bottom of the map view, you will see the directions, mileage and the expected travel time.

Change something within your route or add an assignment?

Did you agree with the customer to drop by first thing in the morning? Within vPlan you always remain in charge of your own (route) planning. Move cards easily and quickly within the list view and see the impact on the route immediately.

Let us calculate the optimal route

Do your employees need to go to different addresses during the day. Select the right assignment using the period and resource selection. With one push of the button vPlan can also optimize the logical order of the assignments. This saves unnecessary travel time, fuel and therefore money!

Attention: the route planning and optimization of your planned assignments is only available in the Professional package. You will get 12,000 credits available per month for free. Each action in the route planning, for example an adjustment or optimization, will cost you 1 credit. It is possible to increase your standard credits per month.
